1. Order Cancellation and Non-Acceptance Policy - In certain circumstances, either Wacky Food Corporation or its affiliated entities (hereinafter referred to as 'WFC') may be unable to accept an order placed online due to various reasons including but not limited technical glitches, non-availability of the items ordered, or any other unforeseen issues that might arise during processing. If such a situation arises after payment has already been processed successfully before cancellation by you in cases where we are at fault; then there will no charges levied against your account hence making it eligible refund if applicable with all reversals done accordingly while adhering strictly within stipulated timelines so feel free reach out customer support when needed! There may be cases where Wacky Food Corporation or Affiliates is either unable to accept your order or cancel the order, due to reasons including without limitation, technical errors, unavailability of the item(s) ordered, or any other reason attributable. In such cases, Wacky Food Corporation or Affiliates shall not charge a cancellation charge from you. If the order is cancelled after payment has been charged and you are eligible for a refund of the Order Value or any part thereof, the said amount will be reversed to you.

2. The title and the risk of the orders shall pass onto you upon Wacky Food Corporation or Affiliates (via our delivery personal) delivering the orders to you and you accepting the orders. Every care shall be taken to deliver the orders to the intended recipient. But Wacky Food Corporation or Affiliates shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the order based on the address given by the User or if any person imposes to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of orders. Wacky Food Corporation or Affiliates will only process the order after the payment has been processed in case of ‘Online Payment’. Wacky Food Corporation or Affiliates will try to deliver the order (via our delivery personal) as per the order submitted by the user, but it fully reserves a right to deliver a similar or alternate order for reasons beyond its control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad-delivery. The user does not have the right to refuse the order at the time of receipt of the ordered items and shall duly make the payment in case of ‘Cash on Delivery’ or ‘Card on Delivery’ payments options.
